This document is the English version of the safety notice. It introduces the safety precautions that should be taken when using the camera, including not dropping, puncturing or disassembling the camera, avoiding contact with water, avoiding exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight, avoiding pressing hard on the camera body, avoiding using the camera during a storm or lightning, not using batteries of different specifications, removing the battery during long periods of non-use, removing the battery if it leaks or distorts, only using accessories supplied by the manufacturer, and keeping the camera out of reach of infants.
The manual begins with safety notices, including handling, temperature, water exposure, and battery care. It explains how to load two AA batteries and insert an optional SD/MMC card, as well as how to power the camcorder on and off and select language settings.
Operational sections cover recording video clips, taking still pictures, recording voice clips, and playback functions. It also describes how to connect the camcorder to a TV via an AV cable or to a PC via USB, and provides menu navigation and system requirements.

Press and hold down the Power button for 3 seconds.
Use the accessory AV cable, set the TV to AV mode, connect the audio and video ends, and turn on the camcorder.
Turn on the camcorder and connect it to the computer with a USB cable; it will enter Disk mode automatically.
