Si9183 is a high performance yet size saving 150-mA CMOS LDO (low dropout) voltage regulator from Vishay Siliconix. Its ultra low ground current and dropout voltage prolong battery life in portable electronics. The device provides LINE/LOAD transient response and ripple rejection superior to that of Bipolar or BiCMOS LDO regulators. It is designed to maintain regulation while delivering 300-mA peak current. The Si9183 drives lower cost ceramic, as well as tantalum, output capacitors. Stability is guaranteed from maximum load current down to 0-mA load. An external noise bypass capacitor connected to the device’s CBP pin will reduce the LDO’s self-noise for low noise applications. The Si9183 includes a shutdown feature that allows users to disable the device when not needed.
This document introduces a new low thermal resistance PowerPAK package with a low 1.07-mm profile. It is a TrenchFET power MOSFET product suitable for load switch applications in notebook PCs, desktop PCs, and game stations. The product features a dual P-channel 30V MOSFET structure with a low on-resistance and high current capability.
Vishay Siliconix Si7909DN is a dual P-channel 12-V (D-S) MOSFET with 1.8-V rating, new low thermal resistance PowerPAK® package, advanced high cell density process, ultra-low rDS(on), and high PD capability. It is suitable for load switch, PA switch, battery switch, and bi-directional switch.
This document describes the features and characteristics of the SF21-SF27 series 2.0A super-fast rectifiers, including diffused junction, low forward voltage drop, high current capability, high reliability, and high surge current capability.
The NE5410/SE5410 is a 10-bit high-speed multiplying digital-to-analog converter that is pin- and function-compatible with the industry-standard MC3410, but with improved performance. These converters have high-speed performance and are used as general-purpose building blocks in cost-effective D/A systems. The NE/SE5410 provides complete 10-bit accuracy and differential non-linearity over temperature, and a wide compliance voltage range. Segmented current sources, in conjunction with an R/2R DAC, provide the binary weighted currents. The output buffer amplifier and voltage reference have been omitted to allow greater speed, lower cost, and maximum user flexibility.
The SDR0602 series is a high power inductor from Bourns. It has the following features: available in E12 series, unit height of 2.2 mm, current up to 1.5 A, high Q level, lead free version available, lead free versions are RoHS compliant. SDR0602 series can be used for DC/DC converters input/output and power supplies.
SCI7700/01Y Series is a series of low-power precision voltage detectors introduced by S-MOS Systems, Inc. The series of products do not require external adjustment, and have applications such as battery life detection, power supply fault monitoring, over/under-voltage protection and battery back-up switching.
The SC16C2550 is a 2 channel Universal Asynchronous Receiver and Transmitter (UART) used for serial data communications. Its principal function is to convert parallel data into serial data and vice versa. The UART can handle serial data rates up to 5 Mbits/s. The SC16C2550 is pin compatible with the ST16C2550. It will power-up to be functionally equivalent to the 16C2450. The SC16C2550 provides enhanced UART functions with 16-byte FIFOs, modem control interface, DMA mode data transfer. The DMA mode data transfer is controlled by the FIFO trigger levels and the TXRDY and RXRDY signals. On-board status registers provide the user with error indications and operational status. System interrupts and modem control features may be tailored by software to meet specific user requirements. An internal loop-back capability allows on-board diagnostics. Independent programmable baud rate generators are provided to select transmit and receive baud rates. The SC16C2550 operates at 5 V, 3.3 V and 2.5 V and the Industrial temperature range, and is available in plastic PLCC44, LQFP48 and DIP40 packages.
SA24C1024 is a 1024Kbit CMOS non-volatile serial EEPROM organized as 128K x 8 bit memory. This device conforms to Extended IIC 2-wire protocol, which enables accessing of memory in excess of 16 Kbits on an IIC bus. This serial communication protocol uses a Clock signal (SCL) and a Data signal (SDA) to synchronously clock data between a Master (for example, a microcontroller) and a Slave (EEPROM). The SA24C1024 features low power consumption, hardware and software write protection, and endurance of up to 1 million data changes.
S29PL-N MirrorBit™ Flash Family is a 256/128/128 Mb (16/8/8 M x 16-Bit) CMOS, 3.0 Volt-only Simultaneous Read/Write, Page-Mode Flash Memory produced by Spansion LLC.
