This is a N-CHANNEL 60V - 0.0085Ω - 80A - TO-247 STripFET ” POWER MOSFET, it is the latest development of STMicroelectronics unique ”Single Feature Size ” strip-based process. It shows extremely high packing density for low on-resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and less critical alignment steps therefore a remarkable manufacturing reproducibility. It can be used in solenoid and relay drivers, motor control, audio amplifiers, dc-dc converters and automotive environment.
