LC86P5632 is a CMOS 8-bit single chip microcontroller with one-time PROM for the LC865600 series. This microcontroller has the function and the pin description of the LC865600 series mask ROM version, and 32K-byte PROM. DIP/QFP package are available for shipping as well as LC865600 series. It is suitable to set up first release, prototyping, developing and testing of set.

LC72133M, 72133V are phase-locked loop frequency synthesizer LSI circuits for use in radio tuners. It supports low-voltage (2.7 to 3.6 V) operation and can implement high-performance AM/FM tuners easily.

This Logic Level Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) features Gate–Emitter ESD protection, Gate–Collector overvoltage protection from SMARTDISCRETES monolithic circuitry for usage as an Ignition Coil Driver.

HGTP3N60C3D and HGT1S3N60C3DS are MOS gated high voltage switching devices combining the best features of MOSFETs and bipolar transistors. These devices have the high input impedance of a MOSFET and the low on-state conduction loss of a bipolar transistor. The much lower on-state voltage drop varies only moderately between 25oC and 150oC. The IGBT used is the development type TA49113. The diode used in anti-parallel with the IGBT is the development type TA49055. The IGBT is ideal for many high voltage switching applications operating at moderate frequencies where low conduction losses are essential.

PowerPC 405CR is a 32-bit RISC embedded controller produced by AMCC. This controller has the characteristics of high performance, peripheral integration, and low cost, making it ideal for embedded applications.

This data sheet presents five families of Vishay Industry Standard Single Channel Phototransistor Couplers. These families include the 4N25/26/27/28 types, the 4N35/36/37/38 couplers, the H11A1/A2/A3/A4/A5, the MCT2/2E, and MCT270/271/272/273/274/275/276/277 devices. Each optocoupler consists of Gallium Arsenide infra- red LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. These couplers are Underwriters Laboratories (UL) listed to comply with a 5300 V RMS Isolation Test Voltage. This isolation performance is accomplished through Vishay double molding isolation manufac- turing process. Compliance to VDE 0884 partial discharge isolation specification is available for these families by ordering option 1. Phototransistor gain stability, in the presence of high isolation volt- ages, is insured by incorporating a TRansparent lOn Shield (TRIOS) ® on the phototransistor substrate. These isolation pro- cesses and the Vishay IS09001 Quality program results in the high- est isolation performance available for a commercial plastic phototransistor optocoupler. The devices are available in lead formed configuration suitable for surface mounting and are available either on tape and reel, or in standard tube shipping containers.

HFA80FA120 is a fast soft recovery diode from IRF company. It features a fast recovery time, electrically isolated base plate, and large creepage distance between terminals. This diode can be used in applications such as HV power supplies, electronic welders, motor control and inverters.

Mitsubishi Intelligent Power Mod- ules are isolated base modules de- signed for power switching applica- tions operating at frequencies to 20kHz. Built-in control circuits pro- vide optimum gate drive and pro- tection for the IGBT and free-wheel diode power devices.
