LMH6645/46/47 2.7V, 650µA, 55MHz, Rail-to-Rail Input and Output Amplifiers with Shutdown Option are low voltage operational amplifiers with high input common mode range, high output voltage range, low supply current, low shutdown current and miniature packages.

LMH6642EP/LMH6643EP/LMH6644EP are Bosch enhanced plastic low power, 130MHz, 75mA rail-to-rail output amplifiers. Compared with existing devices with similar performance, this product family offers high speed (130MHz), low distortion (-62dBc), and exceptionally high output current (approximately 75mA) at low cost and with reduced power consumption. Input common mode voltage range extends to 0.5V below V- and 1V from V+. Output voltage range extends to within 40mV of either supply rail, allowing wide dynamic range especially desirable in low voltage applications. The output stage is capable of approximately 75mA in order to drive heavy loads. Fast output Slew Rate (130V/µs) ensures large peak-to-peak output swings can be maintained even at higher speeds, resulting in exceptional full power bandwidth of 40MHz with a 3V supply. These characteristics, along with low cost, are ideal features for a multitude of industrial and commercial applications. Careful attention has been paid to ensure device stability under all operating voltages and modes. The result is a very well behaved frequency response characteristic (0.1dB gain flatness up the 12MHz under 150Ω load and AV = +2) with minimal peaking (typically 2dB maximum) for any gain setting and under both heavy and light loads. This along with fast settling time (68ns) and low distortion allows the device to operate well in ADC buffer, and high frequency filter app

This, along with fast settling time (68ns) and low distortion, allows the device to operate well in ADC buffer and high-frequency filter applications, as well as other applications.

The LMH6639 is a 190MHz single supply operational amplifier using National's patented VIP10 process, with a rail-to-rail output drive capability of 110mA.

The LMH6628 is a high-speed dual op amp from National that offers a traditional voltage feedback topology featuring unity-gain stability and slew-enhanced circuitry. The LMH6628's low noise and very low harmonic distortion combine to form a very wide dynamic range op amp that operates from a single (5 to 12V) or dual (+5V) power supply. Each of the LMH6628's closely matched channels provides a 300MHz unity gain bandwidth and low input voltage noise density (2nV/SqRtHz). Low 2nd/3rd harmonic distortion (-65/-74dBc at 10MHz) makes the LMH6628 a perfect wide dynamic-range amplifier for matched I/Q channels. With its fast and accurate settling (12ns to 0.1%), the LMH6628 is also an excellent choice for wide dynamic range, anti-aliasing filters to buffer the inputs of hi resolution analog-to-digital converters. Combining the LMH6628's two tightly matched amplifiers in a single package reduces cost and board space for many composite amplifier applications such as active filters, differential line drivers/receivers, fast peak detectors and instrumentation amplifiers. The LMH6628 is fabricated using National's VIP 10 (TM) comlimentary bipolar process.

LMH6624/LMH6626 offer wide bandwidth (1.5GHz for single, 1.3GHz for dual) with very low input noise (0.92nV/ , 2.3pA/ ) and ultra low dc errors (100µV VOS, ±0.1µV/˚C drift) providing very precise operational amplifiers with wide dynamic range. This enables the user to achieve closed-loop gains of greater than 10, in both inverting and non-inverting configurations.

The LMH6622 is a dual high speed voltage feedback operational amplifier specifically optimized for low noise. It has a voltage noise specification of 1.6nV/, a current noise specification of 1.5pA/, a bandwidth of 160MHz, and a harmonic distortion specification that exceeds 90dBc, making it an ideal choice for the receive channel amplifier in ADSL, VDSL, or other xDSL designs. The LMH6622 operates from ±2.5V to ±6V in dual supply mode and from +5V to +12V in single supply configuration. The LMH6622 is stable for AV ≥ 2 or AV ≤ −1. The fabrication of the LMH6622 on National Semiconductor’s advanced VIP10 process enables excellent (160MHz) bandwidth at a current consumption of only 4.3mA/amplifier. Packages for this dual amplifier are the 8-lead SOIC and the 8-lead MSOP.
