The DDU18-series device is an 8-tap digitally buffered delay line. The signal input (IN) is reproduced at the outputs (T1-T8), shifted in time by an amount determined by the device dash number. For dash numbers less than 16, the total delay of the line is measured from T1 to T8. The nominal tap-to-tap delay increment is given by one-seventh of the total delay, and the inherent delay from IN to T1 is nominally 2.0ns. For dash numbers greater than or equal to 16, the total delay of the line is measured from IN to T8. The nominal tap-to-tap delay increment is given by one-eighth of this number.

The DDU4C is a 5-tap digital buffered delay line. The input signal is reproduced at the five output terminals T1-T5, shifted in time by an amount determined by the dash number of the device.

The 1519 is a fixed, single-input, ten-output, passive delay line. The signal input (IN) is reproduced at the outputs (T1-T10) in equal increments. The delay from IN to T10 (TD) is given by the device dash number. The characteristic impedance of the line is given by the letter code that follows the dash number (See Table). The rise time (TR) of the line is 20% of TD, and the 3dB bandwidth is given by 1.75 / TD.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the 3D7428 monolithic 8-bit programmable delay line. The delay line uses all-silicon, low-power CMOS technology and has TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and outputs. It can be programmed via a serial or parallel interface. The delay can be varied from 0.25 to 20.0ns with a delay tolerance of 0.5%. The supply current is 3mA, temperature stability is ±1.5% (-40C to 85C), and Vdd stability is ±0.5% (4.75V to 5.25V). The product is available in multiple package options and is solderable.

MDU28C is a dual channel HCMOS interfaced fixed delay line, which can achieve 10ns, 12ns, 16ns, 20ns and 25ns delay on two independent delay lines respectively

This document describes the features of the 3D7303 Monolithic Triple Fixed Delay Line produced by DATA DELAY DEVICES, INC. The product utilizes all-silicon, low-power CMOS technology and has TTL/CMOS compatible inputs and outputs. It is vapor phase, IR, and wave solderable, as well as auto-insertable (DIP pkg.). The product offers low ground bounce noise, leading- and trailing-edge accuracy, a delay range of 10 through 500ns, a delay tolerance of 2% or 1.0ns, temperature stability of ±3% typical (0C-70C), and Vdd stability of ±1% typical (4.75V-5.25V). The product can be used as a drop-in replacement for hybrid delay lines and is available in 14-pin DIP and surface mount 8-pin SOIC packages.

The 3D3701 Delay Line Oscillator product family consists of fixed-frequency CMOS integrated circuit oscillators. Each package contains a single oscillator, which is gated and can therefore be synchronized to an external signal. The device frequency can range from 0.3MHz through 100MHz.

The 1518 series device is a fixed, single-input, five-output, passive delay line. The signal input (IN) is reproduced at the outputs (T1-T5) in equal increments. The delay from IN to T5 (TD) and the characteristic impedance of the line (Z) are determined by the dash number.
