Polaris 5µ C18-A column can be used to separate Cysteine underivatized, the column length is 250mm, the inner diameter is 4.6mm. The mobile phase is 50mM NH4H2PO4 + 1 mM sodium heptane sulfonate, pH is 2.5, and the flow rate is 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength is 210 nm.
