Aluminum oxide columns are specifically designed for detailed C1-C10 hydrocarbon analysis in chemical and petrochemical industries. Due to the high selectivity of CP-Al2O3 PLOT columns, it is possible to analyze ppm to percent levels of any C1-C5 impurities, including isomers, in main stream C1-C5 products. This paper mainly introduces the method of measuring selenium in serum by xenon lamp fluorescence spectroscopy. The background and sample spectra are scanned, and the concentration of selenium in serum is obtained by comparing the calculations. The detection limit of this method is 0.04μg/L.
