The ISL6504, ISL6504A operating mode (active outputs or sleep outputs) is selectable through two digital control pins, S3 and S5.

The ISL6431 is a high efficiency, fixed frequency, synchronous buck PWM controller. It is designed for use in applications that convert 5V to lower distributed voltages required for set-top box, cable modem, DSL modem and residential home gateway core processor, memory and peripheral power supplies. This device makes simple work out of implementing a complete control and protection scheme for a DC-DC stepdown converter. Designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck topology, the ISL6431 integrates the control, output adjustment, monitoring and protection functions into a single 8-pin package. The ISL6431 provides simple, single feedback loop, voltage- mode control with fast transient response. The output voltage can be precisely regulated to as low as 0.8V, with a maximum tolerance of ±1.5% over temperature and line voltage variations. A fixed frequency oscillator reduces design complexity, while balancing typical application cost and efficiency. The error amplifier features a 15MHz gain-bandwidth product and 6V/µs slew rate which enables high converter bandwidth for fast transient performance.

The HS-508ARH is a dielectrically isolated, radiation hardened, CMOS analog multiplexer with overvoltage protection. It can withstand analog input voltages much greater than the supplies, eliminating the possibility of damage when supplies are off but input signals are present. It can also withstand brief input transient spikes of several hundred volts without the need for complex external protection networks. The device has higher ON resistance compared to similar unprotected devices, but very low leakage current, resulting in low errors.

The HFA1150 is a high-performance, wideband, fast settling op amp built with Intersil's proprietary complementary bipolar UHF-1 process. The current feedback architecture delivers superb bandwidth even at very high gains (>300MHz at AV=10), and the low distortion and excellent video parameters make this amplifier ideal for communication and professional video applications. Though specified for ±5V operation, the HFA1150 operates with single supply voltages as low as 4.5V, and requires only 3.4mA of Icc in 5V applications (see Application Information section, and Application Note AN9891). The DG506A, DG507A, DG508A and DG509A are CMOS monolithic 16-Channel/Dual 8-Channel and 8-Channel/Dual 4-Channel Analog Multiplexers, which can also be used as demultiplexers. An enable input is provided. When the enable input is high, a channel is selected by the address inputs, and when low, all channels are off. A channel in the ON state conducts current equally well in both directions. In the OFF state each channel blocks voltages up to the supply rails. The address inputs and the enable input are TTL and CMOS compatible over the full specified operating temperature range. The DG506A, DG507A, DG508A and DG509A are pinout compatible with the industry standard devices.
