INTERSIL HIP4082 Manual
The HIP4082 is a medium frequency, medium voltage H-Bridge N-Channel MOSFET driver IC from Honeywell Company. It is suitable for PWM motor control and UPS applications. The device has a flexible input protocol that can drive all possible switch combinations except those that may cause a shoot-through condition. HIP4082's reduced drive current allows smaller packaging and it has a much wider range of programmable dead times (0.1 to 4.5µs), making it ideal for switching frequencies up to 200kHz. The HIP4082 does not contain an internal charge pump, but does incorporate non-latching level-shift translation control of the upper drive circuits. This set of features and specifications is optimized for applications where size and cost are important.
INTERSIL ICL7667 Manual
The ICL7667 is a dual monolithic high-speed driver designed to convert TTL level signals into high current outputs at voltages up to 15V. Its high speed and current output enable it to drive large capacitive loads with high slew rates and low propagation delays. With an output voltage swing only millivolts less than the supply voltage and a maximum supply voltage of 15V, the ICL7667 is well suited for driving power MOSFETs in high frequency switched- mode power converters. The ICL7667’s high current outputs minimize power losses in the power MOSFETs by rapidly charging and discharging the gate capacitance. The ICL7667’s inputs are TTL compatible and can be directly driven by common pulse-width modulation control ICs.

EL7515 is a high frequency, high efficiency step-up DC/DC regulator operated at fixed frequency PWM mode. With an integrated 1.4A MOSFET, it can deliver up to 600mA output current at up to 92% efficiency. The adjustable switching frequency is up to 1.2MHz, making it ideal for DSL applications. When shut down, it draws <1µA of current. This feature, along with the minimum starting voltage of 1.8V, makes it suitable for portable equipment powered by one Lithium Ion, 3 to 4 NiMH cells, or 2 cells of alkaline battery. The EL7515 is available in a 10 Ld MSOP package, with maximum height of 1.1mm. With proper external components, the whole converter takes less than 0.25in2 PCB space. This device is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

The ISL6257 is a highly integrated Li-Ion/Li-Ion polymer battery charger controller designed for notebook computers. It uses a synchronous buck topology to achieve high efficiency at low system voltages. The low-side MOSFET emulates a diode at light loads to improve light load efficiency and prevent system bus boosting. The constant output voltage can be selected for 2, 3 and 4 series Li-Ion cells with ±0.5% accuracy over temperature. It can also be programmed between 4.2V + 5% per cell and 4.2V - 5% per cell to optimize battery capacity. When supplying the load and battery charger simultaneously, the input current limit for the AC adapter is programmable to within ±3% accuracy to avoid overloading the AC adapter and to allow the system to make efficient use of the available power.
