X40410, X40411, X40414, X40415 4kbit EEPROM Dual Voltage Monitor with Integrated CPU Supervisor is a low power CMOS device produced by Intersil. It has 4kbits of EEPROM and 2-wire interface, and can monitor 5V to 0.9V of voltage range. It is used in communication equipment, routers, switches, disk arrays, networks, etc.
The X40410, X40411, X40414 and X40415 are 4‑kbit EEPROM devices that integrate power‑on reset, watchdog timer, dual voltage supervision and Block‑Lock™ protection in a single package. They are intended for communication equipment, industrial systems, computers and other applications requiring reliable voltage monitoring and non‑volatile storage.
The datasheet details pin configurations for 8‑lead SOIC and TSSOP packages, describes the serial I²C‑compatible interface, and provides procedures for programming voltage thresholds, control registers and the watchdog timer. Packaging, ordering information and electrical specifications are also included.
