About this manual

The X60008 series are high‑precision 4.096 V floating‑gate analog (FGA™) voltage references offered in three variants (B‑41, C‑41, D‑41). They provide very low supply current (500 nA typical) and excellent temperature stability, making them suitable for precision industrial, sensor and calibration applications.

The devices are supplied in an 8‑lead SOIC package, operate from 4.5 V to 9.0 V supply voltage, and are rated for a temperature range of –40 °C to +85 °C. Detailed electrical characteristics, typical performance curves, and application circuits are included in the datasheet.
