The uPSD323x series combines a fast 8051‑based 8032 microcontroller core with dual flash memories, SRAM, programmable logic, and a rich peripheral set including USB, UARTs, ADC and PWM. It operates up to 40 MHz at 5 V (24 MHz at 3.3 V) and supports in‑application programming and EEPROM emulation.
