M27W512 is a 512 Kbit (64K x8) Low Voltage UV EPROM and OTP EPROM. Product features include 2.7 to 3.6V supply voltage, 70ns to 80ns access time, 15µA to 15mA current consumption, 100µs/byte programming time, 2000V ESD protection and 200mA Latchup protection immunity. Products are available in 28-pin DIP, 28-pin PDIP, 32-pin PLCC and 28-pin TSOP packages.
