This paper proposes a new high-efficiency, high-precision, and low-power image segmentation algorithm. The algorithm is based on deep learning and converts the image segmentation problem into an image classification problem. A new deep network structure is designed to solve this problem. Experimental results show that the algorithm has high segmentation accuracy and low computational complexity.
