Burr-Brown INA143 and INA2143 Difference Amplifier Datasheet
The INA143 (single‑ended) and INA2143 (dual) are high‑speed, precision difference amplifiers offering gains of 10 V/V or 0.1 V/V. They feature laser‑trimmed on‑chip resistors for accurate gain and excellent common‑mode rejection, making them suitable for differential input, voltage‑controlled current sources, battery‑powered systems and automotive applications.
The devices operate from a supply range of +2.25 V to +18 V, have a low offset voltage of +250 µV max, a low gain error of 0.01 %, a slew rate of 5 V/µs, and a quiescent current of about 0.95 µA per amplifier. They are offered in SO‑8 (INA143) and SO‑14 (INA2143) surface‑mount packages and are specified for operation over –55 °C to +125 °C.
