The INA143 INA2143 are high gain, low distortion, high current difference amplifiers.
The INA143 and INA2143 are high‑slew‑rate difference amplifiers offered in single (SO‑8) and dual (SO‑14) packages. They provide selectable gains of 10 V/V or 0.1 V/V, low offset voltage (≤250 µV) and low gain error (0.01 %).
These devices operate from a supply range of +2.25 V to +18 V, draw only 0.95 mA quiescent current per amplifier, and feature a wide input common‑mode range and high common‑mode rejection (≈140 dB). The datasheet includes detailed specifications, pin configurations, typical performance curves, and ordering information.
| Offset Voltage (max) | 250 µV |
|---|---|
| Gain Error (typ) | 0.01 % |
| Slew Rate | 5 V/µs |
| Quiescent Current (per amp) | 0.95 mA |
| Supply Voltage Range | +2.25 V to +18 V |
| Input Impedance (Differential) | 20 kΩ |
| Common‑Mode Rejection Ratio | ≈140 dB |
| Small‑Signal Bandwidth (‑3 dB) | 0.15 MHz |
The amplifiers can be configured for a gain of 10 V/V or 0.1 V/V.
They operate from +2.25 V up to +18 V.
Each amplifier draws about 0.95 mA of quiescent current.
The INA143 is available in an SO‑8 surface‑mount package, while the INA2143 is offered in an SO‑14 dual package.
