Research‑grade lentiviral particles delivering firefly luciferase, EGFP reporter and puromycin resistance, shipped on dry ice and stored at –80 °C.
The SP001-100 lentiviral particles are pseudotyped with a truncated SARS‑CoV‑2 spike protein and designed for efficient gene transfer into mammalian cells expressing human ACE2. Each lot contains 50 µL × 2 of purified virus, with documented titers for both transduction units (TU/ml) and luciferase activity (RLU/ml).
Production follows a standardized protocol using the pEZ‑Lv201 transfer vector, EndoFectin‑Lenti™ and TiterBoost™ reagents in 293Ta cells. Quality control includes full‑length sequencing, restriction analysis, PCR validation, and testing for bacterial, fungal and Mycoplasma contamination. The product is supplied for research use only and must be stored at –80 °C to maintain activity.
| Gene | Firefly Luciferase |
|---|---|
| Promoter | CMV |
| Reporter | EGFP |
| Resistance marker | Puromycin resistance gene |
| Storage temperature | -80 °C |
| TU/ml titer | >1×10⁰ TU/ml |
They should be stored at –80 °C immediately after receipt and kept frozen to avoid loss of titer.
The firefly luciferase gene is under the control of a CMV promoter.
The vector contains a puromycin resistance gene.
