HMC135 is a GaAs MMIC Bi-Phase Modulator produced by Hittite. It can be directly integrated into MIC circuits, directly modulated in the 1.8-5.2 GHz band, and has a carrier suppression ratio of 30 dB. The device can also be used as a phase detector.
