The HMC156C8 is a miniature frequency doubler in a non-hermetic ceramic surface mount package. It is suitable for wireless local loop, LMDS, VSAT, and Pt to Pt radios, UNII & HiperLAN, and test equipment. Its frequency range is 0.7-2.4GHz, input drive level is 10 to 20dBm, conversion loss is 15dB, and 3Fo, 4Fo isolation is 38dB.
