Frequently asked questions

What is the supply voltage range for this inverter?

The device supports a Vcc supply operation from 0.9V to 3.6V.

Are the inputs and outputs tolerant of over-voltage?

Yes, the I/Os are 3.6V Over-Voltage Tolerant even when Vcc is between 0.9V and 3.6V.

What happens to the inputs and outputs when power is off?

The inputs and outputs enter a high impedance state when powered off.
