PHILIPS CBTD16212 24-bit level shifting bus exchange switch with 12-bit output enables handbook

CBTD16212 is a 24-bit level shifting bus exchange switch with 12-bit output enables. It provides a 5Ω switch connection between two ports and is designed for level shifting applications. The product has a latch-up testing exceeding 100mA, ESD protection exceeding 1500V HBM and 1000V CDM. It offers 24 bits of high-speed TTL-compatible bus switching or exchanging with minimal propagation delay. The CBTD16212 also integrates a diode to allow for level shifting between 5V inputs and 3.3V outputs. It can operate as a 24-bit bus switch or a 12-bit bus exchanger, enabling data exchanging between the four signal ports via the data-select (S0-S2) terminals.
