This document is the specification of BT136S series D logic level triacs produced by Philips Semiconductors. These triacs have a 600 V repetitive peak off-state voltage, a 4 A RMS rated current and a 25 A non-repetitive peak on-state current, and are suitable for general bidirectional switching and phase control applications.
