About this manual

The LMH6502 is a wideband, low power, linear-in-dB variable gain amplifier designed as a DC coupled differential input voltage controlled gain stage followed by a high-speed current feedback Op Amp. It can directly drive a low impedance load and offers a gain adjustment range of more than 70dB from up to 10MHz.

Key features include a maximum bandwidth of 130MHz, a slew rate of 1800V/us, and the ability to drive heavy load currents of 75mA. The device is available in SOIC-14 and TSSOP-14 packages and is suitable for applications such as variable attenuators, AGC circuits, and video imaging processing.
