Agilent Use of extremely short effective length capillaries in CE Manual

This note provides recommendations for the use of extremely short effective length capillaries in CE. It discusses the advantages of using very short capillaries (less than 10 cm) and the limitations that must be considered when using extremely short capillaries in a CE instrument. The note also introduces methods of injecting samples into extremely short capillaries, including injection from the outlet end of the capillary and injection from the inlet end of the capillary.
