This document describes the detector linearity testing for Aripiprazole quality control using the Agilent 1120 Compact LC and Agilent TC C18(2) columns. The experimental results demonstrate excellent retention time and peak area precision, as well as outstanding linearity of the system.
This document presents an application note detailing the evaluation of the Agilent 1120 Compact LC system's detector linearity and precision. The study utilizes the antipsychotic drug Aripiprazole as a test compound to assess performance across a wide concentration range of approximately 150 ng to 5,000 ng.
The analysis was conducted using an Agilent TC C18(2) column with a variable wavelength detector (VWD) set to 254 nm. The results demonstrate excellent linearity with a coefficient of correlation greater than 0.9999, retention time precision (RSD) less than 0.07%, and area precision (RSD) less than 0.25%.
