Frequently asked questions

What is the data transfer rate of the parallel host interface?

The data transfer rate in non-multiplexed mode can exceed 30 Mbps.

Does the device require an external EEPROM for the MAC address?

No, it does not require an external EEPROM as the unique 48-bit MAC Address is factory pre-programmed.

What are the available bus formats for the parallel interface?

The device supports both Intel and Motorola Bus Format in multiplexed or non-multiplexed mode.
