Agilent Determination of Polyacrylamides in Reclaimed Water Application Note

This application note describes a fast analytical method for the determination of residual polyacrylamides in reclaimed water using aqueous size exclusion chromatography (SEC). The method uses an Agilent PL aquagel-OH column to partially exclude the polymer peak, which increases the response and provides separation between the polymer and any lower molecular weight species that may be present in the sample.
