HLMP-132x series, HLMP-142x series and HLMP-152x series T-1 high intensity LED lamps are designed for applications that require higher on-axis intensity than is achievable with a standard lamp. The light generated is focused to a narrow beam to achieve this effect.
The HLMP‑132x, HLMP‑142x and HLMP‑152x series are high‑intensity T‑1 (8 mm) LED lamps offered by Agilent Technologies. They are available in three bright colors (red, yellow, green) with narrow viewing angles and a range of packaging options, including bulk, tape‑and‑reel, and right‑angle housings.
The datasheet provides detailed electrical and mechanical specifications, such as forward current, voltage, power dissipation, temperature limits, and luminous intensity. It also includes part‑numbering conventions, bin‑limit tables for intensity and color, and mechanical option codes.
| Peak Forward Current (Red/Yellow/Green) | 90 mA / 60 mA / 90 mA |
|---|---|
| Average Forward Current (Red/Yellow/Green) | 25 mA / 20 mA / 25 mA |
| Operating Temperature Range | Red/Yellow: -55 °C to +100 °C; Green: -20 °C to +100 °C |
| Power Dissipation | Red/Green: 135 mW; Yellow: 85 mW |
The peak forward current is 90 mA for red, 60 mA for yellow, and 90 mA for green LEDs.
Red and yellow LEDs operate from –55 °C to +100 °C, while green LEDs operate from –20 °C to +100 °C.
