About this manual

The SM5812 and SM5852 series are fully amplified, calibrated pressure sensors in a dual‑in‑line package. They combine a piezoresistive bridge with an on‑chip ASIC that provides multi‑order pressure and temperature correction, delivering ratiometric analog and digital outputs.

These sensors are offered for absolute, gauge, differential and single‑ended applications, with pressure ranges from 0‑0.15 psi up to 0‑100 psi. Typical uses include barometric measurement, medical instrumentation, HVAC, pneumatic control, and gas flow monitoring.
