About this manual

The BP5277 series are non‑isolated three‑terminal step‑down DC/DC converters that integrate a control circuit, switching element and inductor. They provide stable output without external components, offering high conversion efficiency and low ripple voltage.

The series includes multiple output voltage versions (3.3 V, 5 V, 9 V, 12 V, 13 V, 15 V) with up to 500 mA output without a heat sink (800 mA with a heat sink) and operate over a wide temperature range from –30 °C to 85 °C.
