You need a flat‑head screwdriver, a Phillips screwdriver, and a small (2 mm) flat‑head screwdriver.
Use one spacer for AXIS P1311, AXIS 1755, AXIS 221/223M; use two spacers for AXIS 210/210A and AXIS 211/211A/211M/211W.
The pre‑installed red (+) and black (GND) wires are connected to the camera’s terminal connector, and the RJ45 patch cable is plugged into the Data Out connector of the High PoE splitter.
