The DS1000-IND 5-Tap Silicon Delay Line is a 100% silicon delay line produced by Linear Technology with a nominal accuracy of ±5% or ±2 ns, whichever is greater.
The DS1000-IND series silicon delay line from Dallas Semiconductor offers five equally spaced taps delivering precise delays from 4 ns up to 500 ns. Available in 14‑pin DIP, 8‑pin DIP, and 8‑pin SOIC packages, the devices are TTL/CMOS compatible and can drive up to ten 74LS loads per tap.
The part operates from –40 °C to +85 °C with a supply voltage of 4.75 V to 5.25 V. Absolute maximum ratings include a short‑circuit output current of 50 mA for 1 s and a storage temperature up to +125 °C. Electrical characteristics such as input capacitance (5‑10 pF) and timing parameters are detailed in the datasheet.
