DALLAS DS1007 Manual

The DS1007 7-in-1 Silicon Delay Line is an all-silicon time delay with 7 independent buffered delays and a delay tolerance of ±2 ns. It can be custom set between 3 ns and 10 ns and between 9 ns and 40 ns. It is economical, auto-insertable, low profile, surface mount 16-pin SOIC, low-power CMOS, TTL/CMOS-compatible, and vapor phase, IR and wave solderable. Custom specifications are available and quick turn prototypes are available.
