DALLAS semiconductor DS1023 8-Bit Programmable Timing Element Manual

The DS1023 is an 8-bit programmable delay line with step sizes of 0.25ns, 0.5ns, 1ns, 2ns, and 5ns. It can be configured as a delay line, pulse width modulator, or free-running oscillator. It can delay clocks by a full period or more and guarantees monotonicity. It supports parallel or serial programming, operates on a single 5V supply, and is available in a 16-pin DIP or SOIC package.
