This is a document about the ACT-F128K32 high-speed CMOS flash multichip module (MCM). The MCM is designed for military, space, or high reliability applications. It can be organized as a 128K x 32-bit, 256K x 16-bit, or 512K x 8-bit device and is input TTL and output CMOS compatible. The MCM has various access time grades and features low standby current and embedded erase and program algorithms.
