This document introduces the ACT-F1M32 chip, including the chip's overall configuration, operating voltage, read/write speed, erase/program cycles, storage structure, hardware data protection features, etc.
The ACT‑F1M32 is a high‑speed 32‑megabit CMOS flash multichip module designed for full‑temperature‑range military, space, and high‑reliability applications. It consists of four Intel X28F800BV 8‑Mbit memory dies, each with independently erasable boot, parameter and main blocks.
The device is supplied in a hermetically sealed 68‑lead dual‑cavity CQFP (F14) package, operates from +5 V or +3.3 V supplies, and meets MIL‑PRF‑38534 standards. Detailed electrical characteristics, pin functions, and ordering options are provided.
