This document describes the 3mm (T1) LED products from Semiconductor Group 1 produced in 1998. They can be used as optical indicators and have a colorless transparent package with solder leads.
The Siemens LS P380 series includes several LED variants (LS, LO, LY, LG, LP) designed for optical coupling into light pipes and as optical indicators. The datasheet lists each variant's emission colour, luminous flux range, and ordering codes.
Key electrical parameters such as forward voltage, reverse voltage, forward current, reverse current, power dissipation, and thermal resistance are provided, together with optical characteristics like peak wavelength, dominant wavelength, and spectral bandwidth. Mechanical data include package dimensions, weight and cathode marking. This manual is written in German.
