Open the battery compartment door, insert the correct battery with the “+” sign matching the compartment, and gently close the door.
To turn on, insert a battery and close the compartment door; to turn off, open the battery door.
Check that the battery is inserted correctly and that the polarity matches; if it still won’t close, remove the battery and try again.
Warranty service must be performed at an authorized Siemens Service Center, typically arranged through your Audiologist or Hearing Care Provider.
