This document describes the features and characteristics of the STC15W408AS series microcontrollers.
The AT89C51CC03 is an 8‑bit microcontroller designed for CAN network applications. It offers 64 KB Flash, 256 B RAM, 2 KB ERAM, 2 KB EEPROM, a 10‑bit ADC with eight multiplexed inputs, three 16‑bit timers/counters, and a full CAN controller supporting up to 15 message objects.
The device is supplied in VQFP44, PLCC44, VQFP64, PLCC52 and CA‑BGA64 packages and operates from 3 V to 5.5 V. Detailed pin‑out tables describe the functions of ports 0‑4, including CAN TX/RX pins, SPI, UART and analog inputs. Electrical characteristics such as data retention (10 years at 85 °C) and read/write cycles (100 k) are also listed.
