The NTE5408 through NTE5410 are sensitive‑gate silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) designed for direct drive from IC and MOS devices. They are hermetically sealed in TO‑5 packages and are intended for control applications such as lighting, heating, cooling, and static switching relays.
