The AT45DB321C is an SPI compatible, serial-interface Flash memory ideally suited for a wide variety of digital voice-, image-, program code- and data- storage applications. The AT45DB321C supports a 4-wire serial interface known as RapidS for applications requiring very high speed operations. Its 34,603,008 bits of memory are organized as 8192 pages of 528 bytes each. In addition to the 33-megabit main memory, the AT45DB321C also contains two SRAM buffers of 528 bytes each. The buffers allow the receiving of data while reprogramming the flash array.
The AT45DB321C DataFlash provides high‑density, low‑pin‑count non‑volatile storage for voice, image, code and data applications. It features a 4‑wire RapidS serial interface, two 528‑byte SRAM buffers for simultaneous read/write, and supports continuous read at up to 40 MHz.
The device operates from a single 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply, draws only 10 mA active read current and 6 pA standby current, and guarantees 100 000 program/erase cycles per page with a 20‑year data retention. It is supplied in multiple RoHS‑compliant packages such as TSOP, CBGA and SOIC.
