The TRS3237E is a 3‑V to 5.5‑V multichannel RS‑232 line driver/receiver that integrates five line drivers, three line receivers, and a dual charge‑pump with +15‑kV ESD protection. It supports data rates from 250 kbit/s up to 1 Mbit/s and offers a maximum output slew rate of 30 V/µs.
