The MSP430x31x is an ultralow-power mixed signal microcontroller family consisting of several devices that feature different sets of modules targeted to various applications.
The MSP430x31x series from Texas Instruments are mixed‑signal microcontrollers designed for battery‑operated applications. They feature a 16‑bit RISC core, ultra‑low power consumption (as low as 400 µA at 1 MHz) and a supply voltage range of 2.5 V‑5.5 V.
The devices include multiple power‑saving modes (LPM0‑LPM4), fast wake‑up (<6 µs), an integrated LCD driver for up to 64 or 92 segments, and a variety of package options (48‑pin SSOP, 56‑pin SSOP, 68‑pin JLCC). Detailed terminal functions, instruction set, and mechanical data are provided for designers.
