ST L6571A L6571B HIGH VOLTAGE HALF BRIDGE DRIVER WITH OSCILLATOR datasheet

L6571A/B is a high voltage half bridge driver with on-chip oscillator from ST Microelectronics. The supply voltage can be up to 600V and GND referenced supply voltage can be up to 18V. The current capability is 270mA and 170mA. The startup current is 150µA and the operating current is less than 2mA. It supports undervoltage lockout and programmable oscillator frequency.
