ST L7900AC SERIES Data Sheet

The L7900AC series is a three-terminal negative regulator with an output current of up to 1.5A and fixed output voltages of -5, -5.2, -6, -8, -12, -15, -18, -20, -22, -24V. These regulators have features such as thermal overload protection, short circuit protection, and output transition SOA protection. They are suitable for local on-card regulation and split power supplies.
