LCW E6SG Power TOPLED® is a long-life enhanced optical power LED using ThinGaN® technology. It has high optical efficiency, wide wavelength range, and high reliability. It is suitable for various applications such as backlighting, LCD backlighting, replacement of miniature bulbs, reading lights, emergency lighting, marker lighting, and scanners.
The LCW E6SG is a thin‑GaN power TOPLED designed for long life (up to 50 000 h at 25 °C) and high optical efficiency. It is supplied in a white P‑LCC‑4 package with a colored diffused silicone resin and is suitable for SMT assembly, IR reflow, and wave soldering.
Typical applications include backlighting for switches, keys, displays, LCD panels, emergency lighting, marker lights, scanners, and replacement for micro‑incandescent lamps in reading lamps and digital camera flash units.
