Super-bright highly efficient 0805-type LED products, available in red, orange and yellow colors, for use in information displays, backlighting, indicator lights, etc.
The LS R976 series from OSRAM are hyper‑bright, lead‑free LEDs in an 0805 colour‑less diffused resin package. The devices are extremely small (2.0 mm × 1.25 mm × 0.8 mm) and offer three wavelength options: 633 nm (super‑red), 606 nm (orange) and 588 nm (yellow). They provide a very wide 160° viewing angle and high optical efficiency (7 Im/W for super‑red, 11 Im/W for orange and yellow).
These LEDs are suitable for outdoor displays, light‑guide coupling, backlighting of LCDs and mobile devices, signal and symbol lighting, marker lights, and toys. They are RoHS‑compliant, ESD‑protected up to 2 kV, and can be assembled with standard SMT processes using IR reflow soldering. This manual is written in German.
