About this manual

The PicoScope 9201 provides a 12 GHz bandwidth on two channels with dual time‑base down to 10 ps/div, enabling capture of very fast signals. It includes a 1 GHz direct trigger and a 10 GHz high‑frequency trigger, plus a suite of mathematical and statistical tools such as FFT, histograms, and eye‑diagram analysis.

The instrument comes with a complete kit (oscilloscope unit, software CD, SMA adapters, USB and LAN cables, power supply and carry case) and operates from +5 °C to +40 °C on a 6 VDC ±5% power supply. Its 16‑bit ADC, 5 TS/s equivalent‑time sample rate, and extensive measurement options make it suitable for semiconductor, telecom, and high‑speed digital design work.
