This document describes the features and characteristics of the LS Q971, LO Q971, LY Q971, LG Q971 CHIPLED Lead (Pb) Free products. The product has small size, multiple colors, wide wavelength range, wide viewing angle, high optical efficiency, etc. It is suitable for applications such as information displays, optical indicators, and backlighting.
The LS Q971, LO Q971, LY Q971, and LG Q971 are 0603 colorless diffused resin CHIPLEDs offering the smallest package size (1.6 mm × 0.8 mm × 0.8 mm). They are RoHS‑compliant, lead‑free, and suitable for all SMT assembly methods with IR reflow soldering.
These LEDs are intended for indoor displays, optical indicators, flat backlighting in LCDs, cellular phones, switches, displays, and toys. Key electrical parameters include forward voltage 1.9‑2.6 V, reverse voltage up to 12 V, and an optical efficiency of up to 2.5 Im/W. The components are supplied on 8 mm tape with 4000 units per reel and meet ESD‑withstand up to 2 kV. This manual is written in German.
